Consent for the disclosure of personal data and information on how we process your personal data

You ("Participant") have been ordered or have ordered ("Customer") an online training course for yourself, produced by Suomen Rakennusmedia Oy, Business ID 0556229-9, Eteläranta 10, 00131 Helsinki ("Supplier").

eKoulutus
eKoulutus is an online training course that develops skills in the construction industry.

Disclosure of Information

The Customer of the eKoulutus provides their Business ID and company name when placing an order in the online store. The Customer provides the following information about the Participant: first and last name, tax number, email, phone number. The tax number of the Participant is checked from the construction industry's tax number register when placing the order.

Use and Disclosure of Information
The information provided about the Participant is used as follows:

  • A user is created in the online learning environment based on the order with the Participant's information provided by the Customer, if there is no user with the same tax number-Business ID combination in the training environment.
  • If the order is placed without a Business ID, a user is created in the online learning environment based on the order with the Participant's information provided by the Customer, if there is no user with the same tax number-phone number combination in the training environment.
  • The Supplier sends a code and login information to the email and phone number provided in the user's information, which the Participant needs to access the online training course.
  • The Supplier sends a certificate of completed training to the email provided in the user's information.
  • Information about the completed training is disclosed from the register to the Supplier's online store for the Customer to view.
  • Information is disclosed from the register to Zeroni Oy to maintain the completion information in the Zeroni access control system and to Vastuu Services Oy to maintain the completion information in Vastuu Services Oy's electronic services, from which it can be disclosed to the registered person's employers and/or the registered person's employer's contractual partners who have a purpose related to occupational safety, compliance with legislation or contract requirements, or quality management (e.g., main contractor, main contractor, or shipyard employer). Completion information can also be disclosed for similar purposes through partners included in Vastuu Services Oy's partner program.

The Supplier may, under a separate agreement, disclose the following information from the eKoulutus register about the Participant's ongoing or successfully completed online training courses to the Customer:

  • First and last name
  • Tax number
  • Completed training
  • Completion date
  • Expiry date of the completed training.

The Supplier discloses the following information from the eKoulutus register about the Participant's successfully completed online training courses to Vastuu Services Oy for its electronic services as described above and to Zeroni Oy for the Zeroni access control system:

  • First and last name
  • Tax number
  • Customer's name and Business ID
  • Completed training
  • Completion date
  • Expiry date of the completed training.
